Bicycles represent one’s ticket for adventure. My intent with this build was to evoke that desire for urban exploration by drawing upon elements of a far away land. Marrakech, Morocco is a must see for any world traveler and is among the top aspirational destinations for this project’s core demographic. Colors and textures of the city’s architecture and furniture design were the underlying inspiration for the final CMF direction.

With careful planning the bike was built well under budget, and its sale at auction raised considerable funds that went directly to improving the local cycling infrastructure.
